राज्याचे अन्न व औषध प्रशासन मंत्री Narhari Zirwal यांचा कथित आक्षेपार्ह व्हिडिओ सोशल मीडियावर व्हायरल झाल्याने राज्यभरात मोठी खळबळ उडाली आहे. संबंधित व्हिडिओमध्ये झिरवाळ हे एका तृतीयपंथी व्यक्तीसोबत शासकीय निवासस्थानी असल्याचे सांगितले जात असून, या घटनेमुळे राजकीय वर्तुळात चर्चांना उधाण आले आहे. व्हायरल व्हिडिओ सुमारे सात महिन्यांपूर्वीचा असल्याचे सांगितले जात आहे. त्यामध्ये झिरवाळ एका ट्रान्सवुमन व्यक्तीसोबत बेडवर असल्याचे दिसते. खोलीत खाद्यपदार्थ व मद्य असल्याचेही दिसून येते. तसेच आणखी एक कर्मचारी तेथे उपस्थित असल्याचेही व्हिडिओमध्ये स्पष्ट होते. (Narhari Zirwal Viral Video)
या प्रकरणात काँग्रेसने आक्रमक भूमिका घेतली असून प्रदेशाध्यक्ष Harshvardhan Sapkal यांनी झिरवाळ यांच्या तात्काळ राजीनाम्याची मागणी केली आहे. त्यांनी याला “राजकारणातील नैतिक अध:पतनाचे उदाहरण” असे संबोधले आहे.
व्हिडिओतील तृतीयपंथी व्यक्तीचे नाव पवन यादव असल्याचे समोर आले आहे. त्याचा भाऊ रवी यादव याने पत्रकार परिषद घेऊन या प्रकरणाचा खुलासा केल्याचा दावा केला आहे. पवन यादववर पूर्वी खंडणी प्रकरणी गुन्हा दाखल असल्याची माहितीही समोर येत आहे. (Narhari Zirwal Viral Video)
दरम्यान, या प्रकरणानंतर झिरवाळ यांनी मुख्यमंत्री Devendra Fadnavis यांची भेट घेतल्याची माहिती सूत्रांनी दिली आहे.
संपूर्ण प्रकरणामुळे राज्यात विविध प्रश्न उपस्थित होत असून, काही जण हे राजकीय षडयंत्र असल्याचा आरोप करत आहेत, तर काहींनी नैतिकतेच्या आधारावर कारवाईची मागणी केली आहे.

A major controversy has erupted in Maharashtra after an alleged objectionable video of Food and Drug Administration Minister Narhari Zirwal surfaced on social media.
The video, reportedly recorded around seven months ago, allegedly shows Zirwal with a transgender individual inside what is claimed to be a government residence. Food items and alcohol are also visible, along with another staff member present in the room.
The opposition Congress has strongly reacted, with state president Harshvardhan Sapkal demanding Zirwal’s immediate resignation, calling it an example of moral decline in politics.
The transgender individual in the video has been identified as Pawan Yadav. His brother, Ravi Yadav, has addressed the media and made claims regarding the case. Reports also suggest prior extortion-related allegations against Pawan Yadav.
Following the controversy, Zirwal reportedly met Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, as per sources.
