नाशिक : प्रधानमंत्री जीवन ज्योती विमा योजना (PMJJBY), प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा विमा योजना (PMSBY), अटल पेन्शन योजना (APY) तसेच विविध शासकीय योजनांतील प्रलंबित प्रकरणांबाबत खासदार राजाभाऊ वाजे यांनी तीव्र नाराजी व्यक्त करत जिल्ह्यातील सर्व बँकांना तातडीने कार्यवाही करण्याचे निर्देश दिले.
जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयात आयोजित जिल्हास्तरीय सल्लागार समिती (DLCC) बैठकीत बँकांच्या कामकाजाचा आढावा घेताना त्यांनी स्पष्ट केले की, विमा दावे व शासकीय योजनांतील अर्ज अनेक महिन्यांपासून प्रलंबित असून पात्र लाभार्थ्यांना वेळेत लाभ मिळत नाही. “मुख्यालयाची मंजुरी, अपुरी कागदपत्रे किंवा प्रक्रिया सुरू आहे” अशी कारणे देऊन नागरिकांना वारंवार हेलपाटे मारावे लागत असल्याने त्यांनी नाराजी व्यक्त केली.
खा. वाजे यांनी सर्व बँकांना प्रलंबित व नामंजूर दाव्यांची सविस्तर माहिती सादर करण्याचे आदेश दिले. प्रत्येक नामंजूर प्रकरणामागील कारण स्पष्टपणे नोंदवून पुढील बैठकीपर्यंत प्रलंबित प्रकरणांची संख्या शून्यावर आणण्यासाठी विशेष मोहीम राबविण्याच्या सूचनाही त्यांनी दिल्या.
शैक्षणिक कर्जांबाबतही संताप
बैठकीत अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांची शैक्षणिक कर्ज प्रकरणे सहा-सहा महिने प्रलंबित असल्याचे समोर आले. प्रवेशाच्या वेळी आवश्यक असलेले शिक्षण कर्ज वेळेत न मिळाल्यास विद्यार्थ्यांचे शैक्षणिक व आर्थिक नुकसान होऊ शकते. त्यामुळे पात्र विद्यार्थ्यांच्या कर्ज प्रस्तावांवर प्राधान्याने निर्णय घेऊन कोणतेही प्रकरण अनावश्यकपणे प्रलंबित ठेवू नये, असे निर्देश खासदार वाजे यांनी दिले.
PM SVANidhi योजनेत गडबडीचा संशय
बैठकीदरम्यान पीएम स्वनिधी योजनेबाबत धक्कादायक बाब समोर आली. अधिकाऱ्यांनी दिलेल्या माहितीनुसार, काही लाभार्थ्यांच्या नावावर बँकांकडून कर्ज मंजूर होऊन रक्कम वितरित झाल्याची नोंद असतानाही संबंधित लाभार्थ्यांनी प्रत्यक्षात कोणताही लाभ मिळाला नसल्याचे सांगितले. अशा प्रकरणांचे प्रमाण सुमारे १५ ते २० टक्के असल्याची माहिती बैठकीत देण्यात आली.
या प्रकाराची गंभीर दखल घेत खासदार राजाभाऊ वाजे यांनी तात्काळ सखोल चौकशी करून सविस्तर अहवाल सादर करण्याचे निर्देश दिले. या प्रकरणात तथ्य आढळल्यास संबंधितांवर कठोर कारवाई करण्याचे संकेतही त्यांनी दिले.

Nashik : Member of Parliament Rajabhau Waje expressed strong displeasure over the growing pendency of cases under the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY), Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY), Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and several other government welfare schemes. He directed all banks in Nashik district to dispose of pending applications and insurance claims without further delay.
During the District Level Consultative Committee (DLCC) meeting held at the Collector’s Office, MP Waje reviewed the performance of banks and noted that eligible beneficiaries continue to face delays due to reasons such as incomplete documentation, pending approvals and procedural issues. He instructed banks to submit a detailed report on all pending and rejected claims along with specific reasons for rejection and to launch a special drive to clear all pending cases before the next review meeting.
Priority for Education Loans
MP Waje also raised concerns over education loan applications remaining pending for several months. He emphasized that students require financial assistance at the time of admission and unnecessary delays can seriously affect their academic future. Banks were instructed to prioritize genuine education loan proposals and ensure that eligible students receive timely assistance.
Possible Irregularities in PM SVANidhi Scheme
Officials informed the meeting that in nearly 15–20% of PM SVANidhi cases, bank records showed that loans had been sanctioned and disbursed, but several beneficiaries claimed they had never received the funds. Calling the issue extremely serious, MP Waje ordered an immediate investigation and directed officials to submit a detailed report. He stated that strict action should be taken if any irregularities are established.
