मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, रासेगावच्या सरपंच मंदा बेडकुळे आणि त्यांचे पती विठ्ठल बेडकुळे यांनी उपसरपंचाविरोधातील अविश्वास ठराव फेटाळण्यासाठी सुरुवातीला ५० हजार रुपयांची मागणी केली होती. पुढे चर्चेनंतर २५ हजार रुपयांवर व्यवहार ठरला. त्यापैकी १५ हजार रुपये स्वीकारताना नाशिक ACB पथकाने सापळा रचून दोघांना ताब्यात घेतले. दरम्यान, काही दिवसांपूर्वी मंत्रालयातील मंत्री नरहरी झिरवाळ यांच्या कार्यालयातही ACB ने छापा टाकत राजेंद्र ढेरंगे या कर्मचाऱ्याला ५० हजार रुपयांची लाच स्वीकारताना अटक केली होती. वैद्यकीय परवाना निलंबन प्रकरणात मदत करण्याच्या मोबदल्यात पैशांची मागणी केल्याचा आरोप त्याच्यावर होता. In a significant anti-corruption action, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Nashik trapped and arrested a woman Sarpanch from Rasegaon village in Dindori taluka along with her husband while allegedly accepting a bribe. The incident has drawn attention as it occurred in the constituency of Maharashtra minister Narhari Zirwal.
According to officials, the accused had initially demanded ₹50,000 to reject a no-confidence motion against the Deputy Sarpanch. After negotiations, the amount was settled at ₹25,000. The ACB team laid a trap and caught them red-handed while accepting ₹15,000.
The action has triggered political discussions across the Dindori region. A case has been registered against the accused, and further investigation is underway.
Notably, just days earlier, an employee from Minister Zirwal’s Mantralaya office was also arrested by ACB for allegedly accepting ₹50,000 in a separate bribery case related to revocation of a suspended medical license.
With consecutive anti-corruption actions surfacing, political circles in the constituency and administrative corridors remain tense. Minister Zirwal has stated that strict action will be taken against the guilty and that he is prepared to resign if his name appears during the investigation.
