नाशिकमध्ये विवाहितेच्या मृत्यूची धक्कादायक घटना समोर आली असून सासरच्या छळाला कंटाळून विषारी औषध प्राशन केल्याचा आरोप करण्यात आला आहे. या प्रकरणी पती, सासू आणि दिराविरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.
मिळालेल्या माहितीनुसार, संजय रामप्रसाद सांगळे (रा. काथरगाव, ता. निफाड, जि. नाशिक) यांच्या मुलगी विद्या संजय सांगळे हिचे लग्न 07 फेब्रुवारी 2022 रोजी सौरभ चंद्रकांत सानप (रा. साईनाथनगर, वडाळा-पाथर्डी रोड, इंदिरानगर, नाशिक) यांच्याशी झाले होते. लग्नानंतर सुरुवातीला संसार सुरळीत सुरू होता. मात्र काही काळानंतर घरातील किरकोळ कारणांवरून वाद वाढू लागल्याचे तक्रारीत नमूद करण्यात आले आहे. तक्रारीनुसार, सासू शैला चंद्रकांत सानप, पती सौरभ सानप आणि दिर हर्षद सानप हे घरातील कामावरून तसेच “तुझ्या वडिलांनी आम्हाला काय दिले” अशा शब्दांत वारंवार टोमणे मारत असल्याने विद्या मानसिक त्रासात होती. तसेच पती आणि दिराला दारूचे व्यसन असल्याने घरात वारंवार वाद होत असल्याचेही सांगण्यात आले आहे. या प्रकाराबाबत विद्या तिच्या भावाला फोन व संदेशाद्वारे अनेकदा माहिती देत असल्याचे समोर आले आहे. दरम्यान 04 मार्च 2026 रोजी रात्रीच्या सुमारास विद्या हिने राहत्या घरी विषारी औषध प्राशन केल्याची माहिती कुटुंबीयांना मिळाली. तिला तात्काळ नाशिक येथील रुग्णालयात दाखल करण्यात आले. मात्र उपचार सुरू असताना डॉक्टरांनी तिला मृत घोषित केले. (Nashik married woman death case)
या घटनेनंतर वडील संजय सांगळे यांनी दिलेल्या फिर्यादीवरून इंदिरानगर पोलीस ठाण्यात पुढील आरोपींविरुद्ध गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.

दरम्यान, या प्रकरणात संबंधितांवर कठोर कारवाई करण्याची मागणी मृत विवाहितेच्या कुटुंबीयांनी केली आहे. अशा प्रकारे महिलांच्या आयुष्याशी खेळ करणाऱ्यांवर कठोरात कठोर कारवाई व्हावी, अशी मागणी कुटुंबीयांकडून करण्यात येत आहे.
घरगुती छळाच्या घटनांमुळे महिलांना टोकाचे पाऊल उचलावे लागते, ही समाजासाठी चिंतेची बाब असल्याचेही नागरिकांमधून बोलले जात आहे.
सदर प्रकरणाचा पुढील तपास पोलिसांकडून सुरू आहे.

Nashik married woman death case
A shocking incident has come to light in Nashik where a married woman allegedly consumed poison due to harassment at her in-laws’ house. A case has been registered against her husband, mother-in-law and brother-in-law in connection with the incident.
According to the complaint, Vidya Sanjay Sangale, daughter of Sanjay Ramprasad Sangale (resident of Kathargaon, Niphad, Nashik district), was married to Saurabh Chandrakant Sanap, a resident of Sainath Nagar on Wadala-Pathardi Road in Indiranagar, Nashik, on February 7, 2022.
Initially, the marriage was going smoothly. However, later disputes reportedly started over household matters. The complaint alleges that Vidya was repeatedly taunted and mentally harassed by her mother-in-law Shaila Chandrakant Sanap, husband Saurabh Sanap, and brother-in-law Harshad Sanap.
It has also been alleged that frequent arguments occurred in the house and Vidya had shared her distress with her brother through phone calls and messages.
On March 4, 2026, Vidya allegedly consumed a poisonous substance at her residence. She was rushed to a hospital in Nashik for treatment but was declared dead by doctors during treatment.
Based on the complaint filed by her father, a case has been registered at Indiranagar Police Station against the following accused:
- Shaila Chandrakant Sanap (Mother-in-law)
- Saurabh Chandrakant Sanap (Husband)
- Harshad Chandrakant Sanap (Brother-in-law)
The family members of the deceased have demanded strict action against the accused, stating that those who play with the lives of women should face the strictest punishment under the law.
Police are currently investigating the matter further.
