नाशिकमधील मोठ्या गुंतवणूक घोटाळ्याचा मुख्य सूत्रधार अखेर पोलिसांच्या जाळ्यात अडकला आहे. तब्बल २७०० गुंतवणूकदारांकडून ९ कोटी ११ लाख रुपये उकळून ९ वर्षे पळून राहिलेल्या सारंगधर यादव पानसरे (वय ३६, रा. घुलेवाडी, संगमनेर) याला नाशिक शहर गुन्हे शाखा युनिट-२ च्या पथकाने कौशल्यपूर्ण सापळा रचून पकडले.

2017 मध्ये दाखल झालेल्या या गुन्ह्यात पानसरेसह १२ जणांनी ‘माँ गायत्री मार्केटिंग स्किम’ नावाने योजना राबवून लोकांना फसवले होते. महिन्यागणिक पैसे भरणाऱ्या प्रत्येक गुंतवणूकदाराला १५ महिन्यांनंतर केवळ ₹९,४०० मध्ये २२ इंची एलईडी टीव्ही देण्याचे आमिष दाखवले गेले. (Nashik LED TV Scammer Arrested)

स्किमच्या नावाखाली प्रत्येक गुंतवणूकदाराकडून १,४०० रुपये आकारले जात होते. याच मार्गाने संशयितांनी २७०० लोकांची फसवणूक करून तब्बल ९ कोटींहून अधिक रक्कम लंपास केली.

गुन्ह्यातील मुख्य आरोपी पानसरे गेली अनेक वर्षे परराज्यात नोकरी करत लपून राहत असल्याची माहिती पोलिसांना मिळाली होती. अलीकडेच तो संगमनेर व नंतर नाशिकच्या पाथर्डी परिसरात आल्याचे समजताच गुन्हे शाखेच्या पथकाने त्याच्यावर पाळत ठेवली. योग्य संधी मिळताच त्याला ताब्यात घेण्यात आले. प्राथमिक चौकशीत त्याने गुन्ह्याची कबुलीही दिली.

ही यशस्वी कारवाई पोलीस आयुक्त संदीप कर्णिक, उपआयुक्त किरणकुमार चव्हाण, सहायक पोलीस आयुक्त संदीप मिटके यांच्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली गुन्हे शाखा युनिट-२ च्या पथकाने केली. पथकामध्ये एपीआय हेमंत तोडकर, डॉ. समाधान हिरे, एएसआय संजय सानप, मनोहर शिंदे, नंदकुमार नांदुर्डीकर, चंद्रकांत गवळी, वाल्मिक चव्हाण आणि अमलदार सुनील खैरनार यांचा समावेश होता. दरम्यान, पानसरे गुन्हेगार असल्याची माहिती त्याच्या कुटुंबीयांनाही नव्हती. तपासादरम्यान पोलिसांनी माहिती दिल्यावर त्यांनाही धक्का बसल्याचे समोर आले आहे. (Nashik LED TV Scammer Arrested)

A major breakthrough has been made in the ₹9 crore LED TV investment scam that had rocked Nashik. After remaining underground for nine long years, the prime accused, Sarangdhar Yadav Pansare (36), resident of Ghulewadi, Sangamner, has finally been arrested by the Crime Branch Unit–2 of Nashik City Police.

In 2017, a case was registered against 12 people for allegedly running a fraudulent scheme under the banner of “Maa Gayatri Marketing Scheme.” The accused lured citizens by promising that if they deposited money every month, they would receive a 22-inch LED TV at the end of 15 months for only ₹9,400. Through this promise, the group collected ₹1,400 each from 2,700 investors, amounting to a total fraud of ₹9 crore 11 lakh 80 thousand rupees. After collecting the money, the accused went absconding.

While the other accused are still wanted, Pansare had been evading arrest for nearly a decade. Police recently received a tip-off that he was seen near Ghulewadi and later in Pathardi area of Nashik. Based on this intelligence, the Crime Branch laid a trap and successfully detained him.

During interrogation, he admitted to his involvement in the scam. He was medically examined and then handed over to the Economic Offences Wing for further investigation.

This operation was carried out under the guidance of Police Commissioner Sandeep Karnik, Deputy Commissioner Kiran Kumar Chavhan, and Assistant Commissioner Sandeep Mitke. The arresting team included API Hemant Todkar, Dr. Samadhan Hire, ASI Sanjay Sanap, Manohar Shinde, Nandkumar Nandurdikar, Chandrakant Gawli, Valmik Chavhan, and constable Sunil Khairnar.

Interestingly, Pansare’s own family was reportedly unaware of his criminal involvement. It was only when the police informed them during the investigation that they came to know he was an accused.
